Guest guest
Yes, sounds pathetic - but have been traveling most of the summer with my tours and still getting thru my emails - had thousands since May - all my vaccine lists that I moderate and foot and mouth and on and on. Maybe others have challenges such as this too. Haven't gotten to August emails yet unless they were personal or looked to be urgent from the subject line Sheri PS - just before sending this I thought I'd go thru the messages waiting to be read and there is NOTHING on August 5 from Tom in my email-NOTHING but this was posted from Rolling Resistance reiterating it Help raise funds for Rolling Resistance the easy way! Guest guest
I absolutely agree with Gretchen's remarks concerning list participant screening and criteria. It is my belief that the response might well be due to the infiltration of DoD, et al, mentioned. To the best of your ability to tighten things up, it would not be offensive at all to this participant. JoAnn Trotman
Guest guest
Re: Pathetic List participation in August!! Dear Sheri, This notice sure doesn't apply to you. But it is a good lesson to the list. Notice how those who are doing the most concern themselves with even one tiny missed opportunity! Sheri is busier than a one armed paper hanger helping many vaccine injured. Sheri's page is how I even found Dr. Nass, Lori Greenleaf and atty. Mark Zaid when I first began my search for answers three summers ago. Her page and the pro med articles were about all that existed at that point in time. Those who search now have many well informed web sites to choose from and glean much from each of them. Thank you for your optimism Sheri, but most (not all) do not have a real reason, such as being a swamped activist for not participating in supporting the Lansing rally with at least a response for someone ELSE to donate a dollar due solely to an e-mail response with one word in the text. This was a bottom line offer for those who can't attend and have no money to at least lift a finger to help at all (literally). I do realize that a SMALL minority have valid reasons for not participating, but a 1 in 15 percent response rate for this type of request is rediculous. Guest guest
Gretchen, Sorry I have been away for three weeks. But I still had time to and did respond. I agree with you that the response was not sufficient. Please keep up the good work, we need you. Dave B. Hodge Chaplain Pathetic List participation in August!! List: It has come to my attention that only 30 people responded to Tom Rempfer's offer posted on August 5th. In that offer, he stated that HE would donate $1.00 for every person that went to the supreme effort to hit the reply key and sent him an e-mail with only the word " garbagestein " between then and the 10th of August..............
