Guest guest
On Wednesday we went to see Mr Collin at Harley Street to gain a second opinion on the surgeries Grace ( 1year old ) would need. Our eye specialist in Bradford had said he would not do anything until she was 5 and for some reason he did not fill me with confidence. Mr Collin said that Grace did not need the slings straight away as she had good muscle control and even has a crease in her eye lids. He would like to operate on her when she is 3- 3 1/2 to open up her eyes towards her nose. He would then operate a year later to sort out her thick eyelids. We felt so much better after seeing him. He was alittle concerned as her left eye lid droops which may lead to a lazy eye but said with regular eye appointments this will be monitored. He was brilliant with Grace and gave us detailed and to the point answers, something we have not always had from other doctors. Nicola and Grace, Bingley, West Yorkshire Photos – NEW, now offering a quality print service from just 8p a photo.
