Guest guest
Actually, there is an information hotline available right now. From what I understand, it's been around for a little over a year or so. Isn't the number something like 1-877-GETVACC? Hasn't anyone ever called this hotline? If so, were they able to answer your questions or seem credible? __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Maybe what we should do is have those with anthrax vaccine-related physical problems to call this 800 numbers to report. Possibly a number would be set up sooner to accommodate this epidemic.
Guest guest
Jon, I have the same inclination to call in for my wifes uncle, who also passed away before his time due to exposure to this non-lethal defoliant. I think someone's timing has been a little off as far as offering help to those that they made sick and have killed. The spotted owl is more respected than the troops!!! Guest guest
: I did take all my fathers records to the VA and with his civilian medical records ... AND with this 78% disability claim granted by the VA and Department of the Army ... then showed the connection between the symptoms / overt bodily manifestations ( had photos too )[ my father was still fighting this battle right up to his death so he had me get out the polaroid ] but they would not believe that it was service connected ... Did i tell you he retired as a 3 star general? and the VA would not listen to him ... unfortunately, my mother followed my dad believing that that the government let both her and my father down ... jon rivera
Guest guest
, That is not a bad idea. We all know that if we call the DoD/AVIP sponsored 1-877-getscrewed number all we are going to get is the same old lies that we have always gotten. I can't imagine that the liars are going to all of a sudden start coughing up factual and honest information. That goes against everything most of them stand for. Guest guest
I HAVE CALLED THIS # AND THEY WERE SOME WHAT HELPFULL. Guest guest
Could you elaborate on the help that you were given when calling this number? What questions did you ask and what answers did they give you? It would be a breath of fresh air if we did start getting helpful, truthful and honest answers, but as of yet all we seem to get is the same old song and dance about how no one is sick, hurt or having problems. If there has been an honest change in the DoD behavior about the truth, please let us know. Most military doctors will continue to tout this vaccine only in the name of personal and professional upward progression, not because of their expertise in the area of vaccines and the facts that they are well aware of and that is that this vaccine is bad news. Thank God we do have some military doctors that will stand up for the truth and sacrifice themselves and careers in the name of honesty. Guest guest
well it was last May or so when i was at Ft Bliss, TX i asked them if there were links between the antrax and autoimmune disorders because my doctor told me that there was a suspected link. they said that there was no offical link. so i aked them what adverse reactions were linked to immune disorders frome the anthrax. they said none officaly. so i aked what warning came with the anthrax. they said that there is a insert that comes with the vaccine to the hospital and it had a section that covered reasons for people to not take the vaccine. they faxed me a copy of the insert and then said that only the doctor can say where a person will be exempt from the vaccine. i too have refused the antrax vaccine and in January 2000 i received a Field Grade Article 15 for the refusal. -Denys- --- Colley <wecbac@...> wrote: > Could you elaborate on the help that you were given > when calling this > number? Guest guest
Hi there, Calling the 1-877-GETVACC? is like calling the number for an 'info' mercial and asking " Is your product good? " Does it work? " " Should I try it? " Pimping the AVIP IS their job. They sing the same old tune and periodically show up in as well. Here's a tune that DoD will get used to hearing if the AVIP isn't stopped. It should be the theme song for refusers, though " not officially " , (kinda like adverse reactions) http://www2.bonet.co.id/cpr/midi/pop/these_bo.mid Gretchen List owner Re: better late than never??????? > well it was last May or so when i was at Ft Bliss, TX > i asked them if there were links between the antrax > and autoimmune disorders because my doctor told me > that there was a suspected link. they said that there > was no offical link. so i aked them what adverse > reactions were linked to immune disorders frome the > anthrax. they said none officaly. so i aked what > warning came with the anthrax. they said that there is > a insert that comes with the vaccine to the hospital > and it had a section that covered reasons for people > to not take the vaccine. they faxed me a copy of the > insert and then said that only the doctor can say > where a person will be exempt from the vaccine. i too > have refused the antrax vaccine and in January 2000 i > received a Field Grade Article 15 for the refusal. > -Denys- > --- Colley <wecbac@...> wrote: > > Could you elaborate on the help that you were given > > when calling this > > number?
