Guest guest
Due to the overwhelming responses from my first letter, I decided to share with you a few more thoughts. It amazes me how a few words can inspire someone. When I look to be inspired, I go to Major Bates website and read his testimony or Capt. Buck. These two people are in great health, but risked their carrer's to DO THE RIGHT THING. I think these people don't always get the credit they deserve. We seem to focus on the one's that are not healthy and take for granted that the healthy people will DO THE RIGHT THING. I believe it is harder to DO THE RIGHT THING when your health is not in question. They had nothing to gain by doing so, and almost lost everything in the process in DOING THE RIGHT THING. These people are the one's that need to be our future leaders. Imagine a society where our leaders did the right thing. Faced the repercuissions without a second thought. Dr. Nass and Col. Handy are a few other people who will not stop. They have showed the commintment that truley defines what character is all about. These people are my mentors, role models, and friends. I know there are many of you that I have not mentioned. I just named a few. I thank you all. I would also like to thank the silent warriors out there by showing your support to your spouses, family, sons, daughters, and friends. Without you, we would never have the strenght to continue in this fight. You, above all, need to be recognized. You do this without recognization and are sometimes forgotten about and ignored through all the commotion. Just know, you give us the strength and courage to go on. To my wife and mother, I LOVE YOU! God bless, Tom Colosimo _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
