I love it! >Can you recommend a homeopath near by? I don't know homeopaths here yet except one I started going to in Pandy (also Abergavenny). She is relatively new to this but seems good. Liz - She is classical which is very important - one remedy at a time, no mixing of other things or remedies. Phone 01873 890 757 and she is available all the time which is important with kids! Also some in Cardiff area that I met but not sure how good they are - they went to the right school but don't know their practice -------------------------------------------------------- Sheri Nakken, R.N., MA moderator Vaccination Information & Choice Network, Nevada City CA & UK 530-478-1242 Voicemail in US http://www.nccn.net/~wwithin/vaccine.htm " All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men ( & women) do nothing " ...Edmund Burke ANY INFO OBTAINED HERE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS MEDICAL OR LEGAL ADVICE. My only concern was that they gave you tea tree oil also which I would NEVER do. I find that is suppressive and could antidote the remedy, but didn't want to put my ideas in there when you were just starting. Guest guest
They are in Swansea, the TAWE group anyway. Yes I got over the painful throat thing nicely, thankyou. :-) It seemed to take ages but it did go eventually. I have to admit that I only gargled with the Tea Tree Oil & brandy twice... it was sooo disgusting! Bleugh! LOL And I dont mind your input regarding the treatment me or anyone in my family gets . To be honest, Sheri ,I know you better than I know them! So, interfere often, please! :-D I have also bought a dropper and glass bottle as Phyllis suggested using that and distilled water and vodka in it with a merc tablet. If it reoccurs, I will do it that way. Made sense to be honest. BTW, I have alot of those merc tablets left, can I keep them as a start to my home remedy pack? Or do I throw them like conventional stuff?? Thanx again! Sue, mum to Ruby (nearly 2) Wales, Uk

Guest guest
One thing I've noticed since my recovery, is the more of the good stuff I put in my body, the less of the bad stuff I crave. ACrqavings for unhealthy foods come from an acidic environmnet in the body. When this acidiy balnces adn become alkalne, the body craves alaklizing foods, which are good for you. When you balance your amino acids, the sugar levels in your blood balance, adn your cravings for sweets and carbs simply disappear. Carb/sugar/alcohol addiction on the physical level arre corrected. I wnet from being a juink food quess to being nearly vegan without any conscoius effort or discipline. I simply nbo longer wanted to put harmful "foods" in my body, adn craved green stuff, raw fruits and vegies, and devloped a serious aversion to meat, carbohydrates and can't even think about stuff like soda pop, or chocolates without feeling queezy. I've never been a juicer, per say. Its essentially a moot necessity if you are using Flanagan Microclusters which restore your foods to a rew, organic, nutritional state. Too much juicing can put too much sugar in your system and friek out your pancrease and create hypoglycemic conditions. I eat several servings a fruit and raw vegies a day. I take my Pure Syngery in a half glass of cranberry juice with the Flanagan Microclusters, followed by 20 oz of water over the next hour. I am a woose when it comes to the taste of stuff, and I just like to get it down the gullet asap. Although, I never have to force myself to take my supps....I relish them like drinking from a mountain spring...they are literally life to me, and I can't wait to get the stuff in me. synergy-co.com has several smoothie recipies. Sorry, I don't have any myself. The human body will heal itself, provided the proper nutritional tools for the job. Just concentrate on getting good stuff in you, MAP and Flanagan Microclusters will certainly excelerate the changes you need to help your cravings. 5 MAP a day killed my sweet toothe in 3 days. And Studies show on 1000mg of Flanagan Microclusters a day you can create an alkaline environment in your body in 18 days. DO NOT begin with 1000mg a day, though. 300mg a day to begin is sufficient. Guest guest
THe tested research showed the effective range of SAM-e is 800 to 1600 mg/day in divided doses on an empty stomach early in the day. I, too, started SAM-e slowly and have had many benefits from it. It needs B6, folic acid andB12 as its cofactors, which you are getting. mjh " The Basil Book " _http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/Ka_ (http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/Ka) I started SAM-e about three weeks ago, too, and that's helping as well. Too soon to report on how. I started slow and I'm still at only 600 mg per day. ..........................
Guest guest
Hi Colin, I know zero about everything. That's why I'm here! However, that said, I have decided that my biggest problem is malabsorption. So I probably have a similar situation as your shortened intestine thingie. I think if anything started to make me human again, it was the D3. The B vitamins are a near second though, because I have different nerve problems. Here's my " list. " Someone else just asked me this, so I'll just post the whole thing here. .......................... D3 3200 IU per day, in divided doses Fish oil 1 g 3x day Milk of magnesia 1/2 tsp 3-4 x per day (for Mg) B1 250 mg 2-3x day B6 100 mg 2-3x day Niacin 2-3 per day (I have the " flush free " kind and need to get the flush kind) Pantothenic acid 250 2-3x per day B12 5000 mcg once per day " Super " B complex 2x per day An " over 50 " multi, which I've been forgetting too Vitamin C, small amounts (500 mg) 2x or more per day (sensitive guts) Plain yogurt, at least 2 cups per day (first and last pile of pills) L-Tryptophan 500 mg (when I remember it) before the melatonin at night 600 mcg melatonin Licorice root for adrenals Essential oil of oregano with virgin olive oil (1:9) 3-4x per day (antifungal) officinalis tincture 3-4x per day (anti-herpes) I started SAM-e about three weeks ago, too, and that's helping as well. Too soon to report on how. I started slow and I'm still at only 600 mg per day. .......................... I do forget some of the stuff sometimes. I'm human. So I forgive myself and carry on sergeant. I'd probably be dead by now, or very close to it, if I hadn't started the D3. If you or someone knows more about D and brain function, I'd sure like to hear it. I have often wondered if this > shortened bowel would cause a decrease in nutrient absorption.
