Hello Shireen,

How are you?

We are all well but very busy and tired! Desperately in need of holidays.

I have just seen that there is going to be another meeting in London.

Unfortunately we will not be able to go.

We are going to be in England for holidays between the 27th July and

the 22nd of August. If for any reason there is a change of date for

the meeting we would definitely like to go.
