I got the impression that he would have recommended doing the op on Bipin for cosmetic reasons too, the argument seems to be that it helps kids with BPES socially if their eyes look bigger so he recommends doing it before school age. That's a debatable point obviously (and I don't think Jakesh agrees with it) and Collin didn't say it directly, but I got that impression.
