Guest guest
i, too, hope you will reconsider a scheduled section.....there is no reason not to try for one these days......someone on my homebirth list is going to have a homebirth with her 5th in march, after 4 sections..... re: chiros, i totally agree......all three of my children are homebirthed and non-vaccinated....the oldest was adjusted when he was about 2 1/2, and the other two when they were 3 days old...they get adjusted about every month and are incredibly healthy....never an ear infection or more than a cold and my oldest (5) has had one 24 hour stomach bug (he also just recently weaned).....well, the older two have had a couple 'phantom' skin rashes but i'm hoping they were one or more of the 'dreaded' diseases so they're done and over with them :-)....they've never been to a doctor so they weren't officially diagnosed....my younger two are 3 mos and almost 2 and still nursing as well.... oh, and my doc is also a homeopath and has 4 sons ages 12-20 and all unvaxed too and the only thing they ever got were mumps.... carrie > > My dh had a vasectomy in Oct. and is still getting sperm counts in > the thousands! So we don't know yet if it didn't work (heaven > forbid) or if it's just taking a long time to clear his tubes. Guest guest
and Kathleen! Thanks for the encouragment!!! I've been reading the website that Kathleen listed. I know my body can have babies, that is what God designed it to do! My section story is very much like so many on the website. I am going to make some calls over the weekend to friends and see what they're feelings are about the drs. and call some other hospitals. I would like to try a home birth, but my dh isn't crazy about the idea, we are about 30 minutes from the closest hospital, 45 minutes from where my first was " delievered " . I personally don't care for my dr anymore. I've been seeing him for over 10 years, and he is now very much in demand and I think he is forgetting that he is not God's right hand man, sent to " save " us women from labor! 10 years I really liked him, very nice, had time to answer questions, but now I'm just someone he sees. Sydney was 8# 11oz when she was born. My sister had a boy yesterday, she was induced 3 weeks early because of Pryce's size and hers, she is small and he weighed 9# 4!!! I must admit I am very jealous!! She was up moving, walking, with very little pain, and I remember it was weeks before I could move without feeling like my insides were falling out! So thanks for all the info, please send me anymore that you find! Too bad I didn't have this thirst for knowledge a long time ago, but better late then never! michelle ohio > i, too, hope you will reconsider a scheduled section.....there is no > reason not to try for one these days......someone on my homebirth > list is going to have a homebirth with her 5th in march, after 4 > sections..... > > re: chiros, i totally agree......all three of my children are > homebirthed and non-vaccinated....the oldest was adjusted when he was > about 2 1/2, and the other two when they were 3 days old...they get > adjusted about every month and are incredibly healthy....never an ear > infection or more than a cold and my oldest (5) has had one 24 hour > stomach bug (he also just recently weaned).....well, the older two > have had a couple 'phantom' skin rashes but i'm hoping they were one > or more of the 'dreaded' diseases so they're done and over with > them :-)....they've never been to a doctor so they weren't officially > diagnosed....my younger two are 3 mos and almost 2 and still nursing > as well.... > > oh, and my doc is also a homeopath and has 4 sons ages 12-20 and all > unvaxed too and the only thing they ever got were mumps.... > > carrie > >
