Todd has no choice but to get on with life even if he doesn't look exactly as society expects. he is part of a busy household and we've all always treated him the same as the others. if asked we'll explain that his eyelid muscles don't work properly but I don't offer an explanation to strangers. for the first six months of his life we just thought that was how Todd was and never knew is was an actual medical syndrome and now we just continue with that mind set. he has a wonderful character, partly due to being number three and his parents being so much more laid back than they were with number one son I'm sure! thanks for the kind words

if you were asking a question you already have the aswer

we are told that Todd doesn't need it - he lifts his brow and tilts his chin when necessary. any surgery would be cosmetic.

sounds like he's going to grow into a handsome young man, and getting him to wearglasses is like trying to get him to go to sleep it will take time and practice.

Please dont over blow this there is more harm that can come from parents making a cosmetic surgery sound like open heart surgery.

Don't label Todd he's a kid he has bigger and better things to focus his time on, he does not need to be perfect.

Take a breath and dont worry Todd is going to amaze you, you have to give him a chance.
