Milk how do you hurt me

Let me count the ways

Allergies

depression

moodswings

mucos production

hemoglobin loss

Diabetes

heart diseas

atherosclerosis

arthritis

kidney stones

irritability

asthma

sleep problems

migranes

autism (digestion of milk diagnosed as,)

add ( " " " )

breast cancer

bone loss(humans can hardly absorb any calcium in cows milk)

bone disease

ear infections

bacteria

anemia(iron deficieny)

colic

sinus infections

MS (multiple sclerosis)

Prostate cancer

Rheumatoid arthritus

SIDS

TB (tuberculosis)

Uterine cancer

Ovarian cancer

possible vitaminD poisoning

aluminum OD

acne

just to name a few, and if you are allergic and dont knwo thers an

even longer list! as you know allergic reactions arent always easy to

pick out and may be accepted as " normal " because you are accustomed

to it over the years!

Heres a tasty fact!

the FDA allows 750million pus cells in every liter of milk (apprx

2lb) it takes approxemetly 10 lb of milk to make 1 lb of cheese, so 1

pound of cheese can contain up around 7.5 billion(7,500,000,000) pus

cells. A 1 ounce slice of cheese contains around 468million pus

cells! Doesn't that just make you want to go eat a griled chees

sandwich!

, dairy is not bad. PASTURIZING IT IS BAD. IT KILLS EVERYTHING. changes

the proteins so that the immunse system goes on high alert and produces

mucus. raw milk is what we are meant to drink. im giving my one year old

breast milk and raw goat milk. she is great. but on paturized cows milk

-instant mucus factory.
