Considering that the secondary infections that can develop during/after measles can also occur on their own or as a result of non-vaccianted for disease...then why wouldn't/couldn't they? Also since the vaccines are not 100% effective and/or can actually cause the disease then how could they not???? It is like when children get cp after they have the vaccine...that's ok.But if you don't vaccinate and they get cp then shame on you,lol. They can have an attitude,but unless it is in the policy that you MUST vaccinate(which I can't recall ever seeing) then I assume they must pay up.
