to soy or not to soy????????

Sandy, thanks for the info on soy.

i cannot come to a conclusion about soy. i have read all the good stuff, but

there is also so much bad press about it. \

barry sears and many others love it. but www.mercola.com hates soy, so does

www.thedoctorwithin.com

they make good points about it but

i dont know!!!!

i have seen a baby fed soy formula, blow up like a balloon, appear pasty

white and at 7 months have more hair than a 3 year old. !!! Mercola says

giving soy formula is like giving 3-5 birth control pills per day hormonally.

so i dont know.... i just dont know...... to soy or not to soy.......

anyway have the definitive answer???
