fever, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis and blindness associated with

optic neuritis, paresthesias

Uricaria, erythema, lymphadenitis, anphylaxis, malaise, sore throat,

headache, osteomyelitis, arthralgia, arthritis.

Polio

side effects: paralysis

Hep B

Anaphylaxis, angioedema, swelling, induration, headache, dizzyness, fever,

n/v, urticaria

DPT

n/v, anorexia, skin abscess, urticaria, swelling, erythema, tachycardia,

hypotension, lymphadenitis, anaphylaxis, fever, chills, malaise, crying,

fretfulness, fever, seizures, osteomyelitis.
