4-5 months ago, I offered the same challenge to Sec. of Defense Cohen,

President Clinton, AVIP officials, and Congressman Buyer. No one would

accept my challenge, they all told me it is " unethical " to do a live human

test on Anthrax. I told them, I would be willing to risk my life, to save

the 2.4 million soldiers. My offer still stands!

Bill, if I can be of any assistance to you, " PLEASE let me know " .

LTC Randolph(AVIP Director)told me last Friday, in person, that our NBC suit

and mask is fully capable of protecting us from Anthrax, I asked, then " Why

do we need the Anthrax Vaccinations " ? He said because we have no positive

detection equipment.

I truly believe that the case is not " ethical " , but true " fear " , why they

will not accept the challenge! They know the truth, they will NOT accept the

test...

And for those who work for the DoD,(AVIP)on this list, Look back through

your E-Mails from me, you will find that challenge, I will honor it at any

time.

If they agree, I already have an agreement with an outside vendor for

chem/bio protection. Going in the chamber is old news for me.
