Dear Friend,

I do agree with you completely about the missing link between

stake holders and the conference organisors.

I am writing this letter on behalf of the largest AIDS NGO network

in India. (Indian Network of NGOs working on HIV/AIDS) which hads

around 200 active members.

Even this organisation had no say in this conference

and none of the active members from this group got the

scholarship to attend the conference.
