Guest guest
I'm sure the judge DID know this information ... that's the problem. Lot's of people know the truth and are doing everything in their power to keep the truth hidden. We all need to keep working on the truth, whatever that might be. Guest guest
I've got another question. What if he did know it but he was inclined not to remember that he knew it at 's court martial? Research /Military Justice Cases <The two cases were cited in support of the principle that a Military> <Prosecutor, constitutionally, is required to prove the legality of the> <Order given to the defendant who refused to obey the order.> I wish 's judge had known this at 's court martial. The Judge ruled the lawfulness of the order could not be adjudicated. Deanna
Guest guest
I don't think the judge cared one way or the other about the lawfulness of this order. He doesn't have to take the shots. The verdict and punishment for was decided before the court martial. Each court martial was supposed to take two days. They took and average of 90 minutes. The judge was a tool of the Marines. He was told what punishment to impose so others would be to afraid to refuse. As bad as the brig was, it was a small price to pay for the rest of 's life. agrees.
