Our pediatrician does provide these vaccine information statements -- AFTER

giving the shots! As brand new parents, we didn't have any clue that we

should be asking for the information beforehand; we just did what we

thought we were supposed to be doing for our daughter's health. Thank God

her reactions weren't long-lasting. And thank you to everyone who replied

to my intro/question post. My eyes have certainly been opened.
