Guest guest
Our pediatrician does provide these vaccine information statements -- AFTER giving the shots! As brand new parents, we didn't have any clue that we should be asking for the information beforehand; we just did what we thought we were supposed to be doing for our daughter's health. Thank God her reactions weren't long-lasting. And thank you to everyone who replied to my intro/question post. My eyes have certainly been opened. -- At 12:30 PM 10/03/2001 -0400, you wrote: >NCVIA also requires all health providers who administer vaccines to provide >vaccine information statements (VIS) to the vaccine recipient.
