Guest guest
" Informed Consent " no longer exists. (not that it ever did in the first place, which is why the DoD chose to proceed with the EUA under PBS, to get around " informed consent " to " voluntary " - big difference between the two). This is why Anthrax II is proceeding again through the courts. It is back to mandatory, though at this time, only those that are deploying to the hot zones are at risk (of the order to take the shot). --------------------------------------------------- " I also did not see one of the key points (Informed Consent) which was stressed I believe in Judge Sullivans ruling and I'm not aware of it being implemented as of yet through the DOD or units?
