Guest guest
The US government has proposed a clinical trial (test) of anthrax vaccine in children, to make it easier to use in children in future. Many people feel this is a terrible idea. The Department of Health and Human Services is spearheading this plan, and it is claiming the vaccine's only serious problem is a rare allergic reaction " occurring within minutes after vaccination " . There will be a meeting in DC on July 7 of the " Anthrax Vaccine Working Group " of the DHHS' " National BioDefense Science Board " to discuss the plan, as required by federal regulations for research on children. I have attached info on the meeting to this email. I am hoping that people who have personal experience with the effects of anthrax vaccine will attend the meeting or write something to be submitted to the committee. Please contact me for further information or to submit something. I will also post information to my blog (URL address below). I will be outside the US and so will not be able to attend on July 7.
