Personally, I would be taking everyhing I could to BOOST the immune

system.

Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, d-alpha Vit. E,

Milk Thistle to help the liver remove toxins, Calcium & Magnesium to

stop mussle cramps, Omega-3 fish oil, lecithin,

echinaecea & golden seal extracts.
