The anthrax vaccine:

Hundreds of service members were punished for refusing orders to take the

anthrax vaccine under DoD's mandatory program prior to December 2005, when the

Food and Drug Administration definitively declared the vaccine to be safe and

effective. A federal court ruled that prior to the FDA's action, the vaccine was

experimental and should have been given only with troops' informed consent. What

do you think?...
