I think it was a rhetorial question Tim. Jenn is pres. of the NJ NAA and doesn't support NAAR.

NAAR, like the government, is more concerned with the greater good than with our kids.

I spoke to the assistant head of HHS in my state. Very nice person

that used to be my physician. I asked her point blank why they

vaccinate against hepB in very young children when they have almost

zero risk of contracting the disese. Her reply spoke volumes to

me. She said that they do the shot because it is a capturable

population and it is important because the physician might lose the

opportunity to vaccinate the child in the future. It is

unfathomable to most health care providers that:

1. Any shot may cause harm.

2. Parents would be responsible enough to vaccinate if the current

schedule were adjusted.

This mindset is drilled into doctors for years and years. It will

be extremely difficult to change this mode of thinking.

WE GOT SCREWED in Minneapolis MN - They did not air the autism

episode here. I envy all of you who got to see the show. I e-mailed

Montel's website to complain, Called the local Fox station and e-

mailed them also. I sure hope they plan on airing it here.

call your local station!

and ask them if it's playing later in the day or tomorrow.

some affiliates maybe a day behind.

Information I have from past research.... (may be out of date since

this was 7 years ago, but)

Hep B is also one of the few diseases that the vaccine can cause you

to seroconvert.... Which means if you have been exposed, and get the

shot soon enough it can head off the disease. So if the child has been

exposed in utero the vaccine can change their disease status.

Sooo the way I have always read it is that its a Confidentiality

issue, we don't have to test all the mothers, just vaccinate their

children at birth!

I have to throw in a story here. When we first adopted Grace from

China there was another family that traveled with us, they were not

sure if they were going to keep their daughter, so we took her for a

couple of weeks while they moved and worked on their marriage loooong

story short we sent her back and after they finished moving found out

the old Dr had forgotten to tell them that daughter had HepB! Well I

was panicked wanting to retest Grace, only to be calmed down by our Dr

that unless these 2 little 16 mos old babies were sharing needles and

having sex we did'nt have to worry! Well here we were in the office a

month later and him telling me it was time to start her Hep B series,

boy was it nice to be able to parrot back his words to him! You should

have seen the look on his face! I still laugh when thinking about it!

Wrong. NAAR, like the government, is more concerned about

institutional self-preservation than with our kids. What purpose

will NAAR serve once the " mystery of autism " is solved? It's a nice

gig being London, with all thousands of parents and researchers

kissing his ass.
