'spam filter' eating on topic posts

I don't know how long has had a spam filter on this list

(or any list) Today I discovered 4 messages sitting in their " possible spam

file "

for a couple of days. The really NEAT thing (jk) is that their spam filter

lets the real spam through, but tosses some of our legit messages into this

e-mail rot box! I get e-mail notices on all messages except possible spam file,

and can approve any post by e-mail.

I just located and turned off their 'spam filter'. would do better at

killing spam

if they would just seriously limit list joining, closing accounts of those

joining on a large scale.

I can tell you it's been on for months. I've had about 40 articles sent

back to me that I tried sending to the list - during that time, I was having

MAJOR problems with SBC and if I couldn't get it through after the 3rd

attempt, I didn't try any further.

I'm glad to see however, it's fixed! Thanks!!!

As an FYI - has also changed the layout for (in case no

one's noticed from other groups) - I myself find it easier to keep track of

conversations/articles that you may want to and skip all the other stuff you

don't care about reading - but many find it very inconvenient...

who knows - maybe the NSA had a twofer going that day...
