I believe that is correct. Did you notice he is a physician? Guess I

know who I'm NOT voting for in November!

That is my take too. It certainly makes no promise of HELPING to make

congress to get " active " in this issue again, but refers to that as a

potential

event that may occur without any particular trigger. AND other than keeping

it 'in mind', makes no promise of any action if the 'event' magically

occurs.

Thanks for sharing the letter , at least you got one back. I think

some

politicians do the milk toast response to at least not risk losing a vote

for not

responding at all. For them, it is literally " the least they can do. "

I also want to thank you for your efforts to elicit a response from your

elected leaders.

" Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer " in our plight anyone who

is this non committed to an opinion can hardly be called a friend.
