I spoke with my son last night who is stationed at Ft. Hood. His unit

has begun the anthrax shots. He said a lot of the personel are going to

refuse it. He also stated that some 300 members of the 82nd Airborne

have refused to take the shots. Can anyone confirm this? If this is true

then it must hit the media in a big way. My son is going to refuse the

shots, he said that he doesn't care that they can court-martial him, his

health is more important. To all those that are thinking of refusing to

take the shots, good luck. Our prayers go with you.

I'm not sure about this or not, but I would recommend that if someone wants

to get theis information, they ashould call the PAO(Public Affairs Office) at

Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Ft. Bragg is right outside of Fayeteville, North

Carolina.

THIS IS IMPORTANT. This incident is important since the 82nd Airborne

Division is one of the divisions in the army's Rapid Deployment Force. The

82nd Airborne has seen action in Grenada, Panama, and Desert Storm. The

Division gets a great deal of money to train and prepare for readiness. This

division is nicknamed " America's Guard of Honor " . And, if a part of

America's Rapid Deployment Force in the army refuses this shot, then this

action could have much bigger effects by sending a huge shock to the upper

echelons of the Pentagon.
