Hello Leanne,

How good to hear about Ethan's development - and what an early walker

you may have there....I remember that I wanted Caroline to walk sooo

bad (she was 15 months...), but if I had only know that she would be

all over the place :-)...!

Thank you for the comments to Caroline's picture - we sure have two

blondes here..! Both C and I like the 'I am flying' picture of Ethan

very much - C said his name several times + 'flyver' (Danish for

flying)...she found him very interesting :-)...!!!

I will try to upload a few earlier pictures of C - I know the picture

quality is not so good.

Today we received an email from her doctor saying that her first

operation (to correct the epicanthus inversus) is scheduled for April

1..he is very convincing, and told that we should come in the morning

and we would leave the same afternoon - comforting.

Apparently it is without any pain for her...the doctor told me a

little story of a 2-year-old boy he had performed surgery on. The

family did not live in Copenhagen and therefore they stayed at a

hotel nearby and should come for a check-up the next morning before

leaving for home. When the doctor came in the parents looked very

tired/exhausted...he then asked 'if the boy had had a lot of

pain'...the answer was 'no, but he woke up at 4 in the morning,

discovering a 'whole new vision angle' and had kept them awake just

looking at things and asking questions....! That convinced me!

Otherwise things here in Denmark are fine - C is doing great - she is

quite advanced when it comes to talking...and is constantly testing

her parents limits....nothing unusual here..!

Night - M
