Guest guest
Hi there Denene, A warm welcome to the group. As you will come to see, there are a lot of us one here from all over the globe, all with varying degrees of pain, different medical problems, and all have different stimulator's to others. When ever you want a question answered or some advice, or even the odd venting email - one of us will be here to listen and help you in any way we can. My name is , I'm 45 yrs of age. From Western Australia. I've had 6 back operations now and had my stimulator implanted in September. It has helped me to reduce my pain meds by half and to be able to get back in and start doing a few things again. I've just spent a week up in Perth which is 500km's from where I live, looks like I may need to either have a couple of more leads attached or they think I may have another disc collapsing. I won't know until further next month when I can get in to see my neurologist. Try and keep happy. We all know that it is so hard at times to stay on the positive side of life. Remember, someone is always hear to help in what ever way they can. Warm Hugs
