Hi

Mike and I chose you as our newest moderator  because we knew you would be great

at the job. You have a big heart and wanting to  help others is all you need.

Congraulations.

You will always have some break through pain. You want to be able to  control it

and handle it. The important thing is to have more good days than bad ones, and

to hopefully get off alot of the heavy duty meds. As we've said before, the key

is moderation.

Enjoy your grandchildren, but try not to overdo it. As much fun as it is to

spend time with them and play with them, if you overdo it, you will play dearly

for it in pain. Remember, you  are still recupping from surgery. Have fun.
