Guest guest
Hello Deanne, It is unusual for you to feel sore after doing LifeLift, but it can happen if you are really flexing your muscles along with it and if you have a build up of lactic acid from doing much more than you are used to. The wonderful thing is that you are doing something great for yourself with each and every LifeLift breath you take. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Re: baggy pants I was walking around the house this evening and thot why am I stiff anyway? My rear and thighs were sore and I couldn't think of anything strenuous I had done. Then it occurred to me...I've been breathing for 3 days! Only about 12 a day tho. Guest guest
Hi Deanne, I know that, in the long run, you will be better off waiting until June 25 to weigh yourself again, as weight does not change that much from day to day, even with Life Life. Your body neends time to make the necessary adjustments it needs to make so that you can lose weight as safely and as easily as possible. Those changes do not take place on a daily basis, but sometimes take weeks, months or even YEARS to show up on the scale. So, take it easy, dear, and enjoy the Life Lift experience!!! Just breahte fully and deeply, and know that as you do so your weight will take care of itself!!! Rashelle, how do you like the advice I just gave Deanne? Do you agree with it? Love always, Pat Rashelle Haines wrote: > Hello Deanne, > > What a sweet message. Your enthusiasm is wonderful. Guest guest
Hi Deanne, thanks for sharing your point of view. Are you a brand new member to this forum? Are you here looking for customers? Have you taken the time to read many of the old posts by members of this forum, epecially some of the hundreds of posts regarding chelation therapy etc? I was wondering if you could tell us all about the scientific research you did to reach your conclusion, that you think we are all sick because you believe we have got poor self esteem and we didnt like our old lives very much? I dont know if you realise that you are implying that you think our illness is psychosomatic and caused by depression or anxiety? I was wondering if you had heard that this is a very unpopular view and that it has now been scientifically proved this is an organic, physical illness? BTW, I wondered if you were aware that any diet that is too low in omega 3 and omega 6 and other good oils like cold pressed virgin olive oil, is not healthy at all, but in fact it is quite bad for you, especially if you have an illness like ours? With all due respect Deanne, I am thinking that either you are very naive yourself, or you are of the impression that we are all very naive here. I think you are underestimating us. my best wishes > > > > >>You can do all this work but if your chelating agent isn't > > pulling toxins, what is the point? << > > > > Hi Deanne, > > > > What chelating agent are you referring to? > > > > Nat > > >
Guest guest
Wow Congratulations Deanne. I hope everything just zooms along for you. That's my goal - to get off the meds, get back into walking. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to return to my job. Apart from being a farmer's wife. I was also a massage therapist. It's been just over 18 months since I've been able to work. I miss it so much. But .... the flip side. Even If I can't get back to a few things I used to be able to do - not having pain, or not having the amount of pain will make up for it. I'll just have to find something else to do. As the old saying goes " When one door closes another one opens " Is this your 1st baby? You sound like your going to be a wonderful Mum. Enjoy everyday, because before you know it. Your kids have left home, got married and have a family of their own. Huge thoughts of a wonderful start to your baby boy's welcomng to the world are being sent to you. Thank you as well for sharing your journey, in helping us " newbies " understand and giving us hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnell Warm Cheers
