Yeah, those variations on interval cardio can really kill you!! I

think mixing up your cardio is a great idea. When I had a trainer

design a program for me last year, he had me doing 1 day of the 20

min solution, 1 day of guerilla type and one day of straight high-

moderate cardio. It's amazing how lonnnnnngggggg 10 seconds suddenly

becomes :)
