When I was hired my employer was given specific details of my RSD and the possibility that I could be off work more than the given time off after a year. During my first year I missed 10 days....2 for a car accident, 3 for the RSD trial out of state, 2 days for injections and 3 other sick days. Now, that I have worked over a year my employer is strongly encouraging me to not take a vacation. What I've been told would not be a problem is now a problem and my errand vacation days are not mine. I have been asked to wait another year before taking a vacation.
