I think it would be an excellent tool for those of who are adults with blephs, but more importantly a wonderful resource for the parents with children who suffer from blephs, but have no clue as to why it has occured. Since Kent Small has experience with the privacy, (HIPPA)?, and the resources to obtain the information, maybe he would be willing to initialize something. How does everyone else feel about this? I think we owe it to future generations to assist in finding out as much as possible about BPES. Let me know if I can help in anyway.
