Oops. Now I'll tell it to you: You are ready to move to the advanced when you have most of the moves down on the basic (even if shaky on the balance and slower in speed and low kicks). For a nice transition between the tapes, add the floor work from the advanced (near the end at the 40? minute mark) to your basic workout. It will give you a great ab and butt workout and you don't have to worry about balance, cardio stamina, or learning complicated moves. Good luck! Guest guest
At the moment to avoid doing the advance I do basics x 2 and the 8min once a day . I so desperately want to do the advance just to avoid doing the workout 3 times a day. My six year actually sits on the sofa in the living room correcting my moves . So I have my personal trainer hehe. I really wanted someone to say hey Ebony you can do it try . Thanks. Starting tomorrow I am giving it a go. I want to try and combine Callanetics with it. I plan on taking the kids to Butlins this summer and I want to look great . Ebony .. Re: Hi I am new > ebony wrote: > > > > Hi Elena, > > I was doing Taebo 1. Guest guest
Hello Ebony! I'm sooo bored at work today.*laughing* Thank God for this group and all these lovely messages. The 21DC, as I understand it, is a personal commitment to do Tae-Bo every single day for 21 days straight. No breaks. I beleive the theory is, if you do anything for 21 days, every single day, it should really take hold mentally and become a habit. It does make sense for me. I'm very inconsistant with exercise. If I had gotten a break over this last weekend, I don't think I would have pulled myself out of bed this morning to Tae-Bo. I don't want to miss a single workout & ruin my record and have to start over!*lol* I think it's a good plan and the first of it's type that I've run across. Everyone tells you to do cardio at least 5 times a week but when I'm starting out, after I've finished the first 5 times, my 2 days off turn into 4 or 5 or 6... You get the picture, then I'm back to doing nothing. I'm on day 8 today and I hope I can do it! Take care, Judie --- ebony <Ebony@...> wrote: > Well done Judie great group. > I only found it by mistake .
