You stated that you had surgery at University of Michigan Medical Center. I also had suregery there about twenty years ago. I was wondering who performed your surgery and if you have a current surgeon there? I am considering having another surgery, but am not sure what can be done at my age (40). I look forward to hearing from you and would love to hear from anyone else in Michigan that has BPES. I have never heard of or seen anyone else who has it until I joined the group. Not anywhere close to Michigan, but my husband and son go there often to fish. Maybe I could tag along with them sometime if you aren't far from where the fish.
