Upset! My BP is UPPP

Hi

I have been trying to cut down on my med costs due to my stinking co pay being

over $120 a month at the retail pharmacy. I talked my PM into writing a

prescription for 3 months so I can use my mail order pharmacy.

I sent the prescriptions in late Dec. I have not received them. I have been

checking the website every day. It says to wait at least 8 days so I did. I

finally call today and get the stupid automated system and find out that they

received my prescriptions on the 2nd but they are not going to ship them til

after the 14th.

I have my MS but nothing else that I need including my Topamax and Ultram. DANG

it I talked to a rep then who INFORMS me they have issues with my prescriptions

and want to clarify them with my doc. I ask what clarifications? I am on hold 3

times to finally find out they claim my doc put down 0 refills and 0 quantity on

one of the scripts I have a hard time with that as he writes them all the time

and has never messed them up. I asked why the heck I was not notified of this

and what was I supp to do with out my meds. They said well get another doc to

write me a script! DUH I said this is a pain mgt office and I am not supp to get

other docs to give me meds even though these are not controlled.

My doc is hardly ever in the office on Friday and even if he is it is impossible

to get in touch with them I have tried many times before to no avail.

I asked then how many times have you tried to contact them and WHY have you not

let me know what is going on??? Do you think I can just sit here without my

meds? I mean give me a flippin break.

So now I guess I will have to try to no avail to get through to the impossible

phone system and pray I get a nurse who can help me on this.

GEEEZ
