Guest guest
Ok, I will share a short story. The other day when shopping with my mom I found some pink long johns at the dollar store. So on impulse I bought 5 pair. The next day I put on a pair before I went to work. I noticed I felt warmer walking to work. And on the way home I walked an extra 1/2 mile. So for the past few days I have been walking one mile to work and 1 1/2 miles home. (It’s a different route.) My weight loss has slowed to about a pound a month but I sure am feeling lots better. I am really enjoying my walks now. I have even been taking a route that has steep hills and stairs. And I am not getting out of breath! Jelayne 250 / 194 / 150? Guest guest
Good LUCK Laurie! I'll be thinking about you. Please check in once in awhile. I have five boys here, (not all mine). Also, had my last at 41, so I know a little of what you are going through. Didn't have all the other circumstances though. > It is with a sad heart that I have decided to go no mail for a few months. I am 3 months away from expecting our 6th child. We have a contract for a house in town and possession day is May 7th. All the walls and ceilings need sanded and painted(by the way...found paint safe enough to eat). Maenwhile, I have to box and store what I can here so we can clean and paint and repair so we can sell this house. Meanwhile, dh is working 14+ hrs/day to get his practice on solid ground. We take his x back to court to reduce (fingers crossed) alimony May9th. One dd is invloved with softball and one ds with Boy Scouts so am donig a lot of driving. When dh is home, his bonsais (all leventy million of em) need repotted so he's no help so far. Still haven't financed new house. Oldest dd has cheer camp 2nd week of June, baby's due the 18th, dd is expecting her sweet 16 party on the 21, and leaves for church camp the 23. DS has scout camp in July. Have no idea where to set up the birthing pool! I have gained 45 pounds and feel as if 20 pound weights are attached to thighs and another weight hanging from vulva as I have much pressure there. Just bought new bras and undies a few weeks ago and have outgrown those so feel as if circulation is cut off to legs and top feels suffocated.I do not waddle...I lumber. I hit 40 May 31st. This yard needs vaccummed! Needs weeded and raked and mowed. All I want to do is sit. Can't sleep as dh snores like a train. Too many outside happenings and I just don't have the time right now for all the emails. My decision comes easier only bacause most of the info coming in I already have saved. It's starting to look like warmer weather so maybe that'll help with the SADS. > I'll still be available at mlandes2@c... but emails get stuck after 100 or so (2 days worth) so I'm going no mail as my time on pc is very limited. Plus I have to climb over a gate to get to it and that's uncomfortable these days! > Empower yourselves with knowledge and don't be hesitant to ask questions! > Laurie>Oh > > >

Guest guest
Vicki, Just wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you. I am so sorry for you. Please let us know how things go. Hugs, Dawn We have a house in northern Missouri. It's small, but the house payment is only 76.11 and my husband has social security. It's not much but I think we'll be alright. > The roughest part of the day was putting my dog down. He's been so precious to me. Guest guest
Please put me on NO MAIL effective immediately. I just received a phone call from my daughter and I have to ride with her to Beuamont TX (6 hours away). Her husband was attacked last night by 5 men, he is in ICU on a ventilator, apparently he almost died last night, but his cousin did not call my daughter until this morning. I am waiting for her to come pick me up right now, I've already dropped my dog back at the Vet to board. Understandably, she is hysterical and can not make the drive alone. Plus, we have to take her 2 year old son, my grandson, because there is noone to watch him. Please, please, everyone pray for my son-in-law, Artan. The nurses have already warned my daughter she will not recognize him. He is going to need extensive plastic surgery on his face if he survives. They say the damage was not done by fists but apparently the attackers had weapons....bats, clubs, tire irons, iron knuckles. Apparently it happened when he was leaving his restaurant after closing. Fortunately, an employee of his who was already in his car saw the attack and called 911 immediately and help arrived within minutes. But he is unconscious, and that is probably a blessing, I'm sure his pain would be unbearable. I am shaking so bad I can barely type. My daughter just called, she's on her way to pick me up. And you know how things go, this is a bad pain day for me....I can barely walk. I was still in bed when she called. We don't know why they waited so long to call her, we could have been on the road hours ago. I don't think there is a computer at his apartment, I'll find out when I get there. If so, I'll let you all know what I find out when we get there. Please keep us in your prayers. Take Care, B. in TEXAS
