Good morning,

I just had a phone conversation that I wish to share.

A friend of ours through beekeeping contacted us about five weeks ago.

She is a large woman, weighing probably over 250 lbs.

She had been very recently found to have a fast growing lung cancer. The

doctor was anxious to operate right away but she has other health problems,

including diabetes, and didn't think she could stand it. There was also the

possibility of cancer in some other spots.

She refused the operation and talked about the flax oil and came and got it

and began to use it immediately. She is using 9 tablespoons a day which is

probably appropriate for her size and seriousness of the problem.

She just had a checkup and the doctor again wanted to operate immediately

and she said she didn't want to but asked the doctor of he would still keep

track of her condition. He told her he surely would but if an x ray showed

the cancer still growing he would argue some more about the operation.

He took the x ray and the tumor has stopped growing. She will have a cat

scan in October and see what has happened by that time.

She is a diabetic but in her case the Omega 3 has brought the sugar count

down to normal. She and the doctor will decide what to do about medication.

We have not arrived at the end of the road but things look encouraging.

She shared information on this at their beekeeping meeting last night and

there was a doctor in the group who knows of Dr. Budwig's work and is ver

supportive and interested in the progress of the situation.
