Hi Angie,

You have the opportunity to start intensive juicing of Carrots, beets and

greens.

You should use organically grown produce.Use Flax Oil and Cottage cheese.

Regardless of what the test results show you will be in a better position to

build up your system. No sugar,alcohol or caffeinated drinks(coffee , tea or

colas). Detoxification with coffee enemas should be tried.

I know about all of the things you mentioned, but I am unsure about the

coffee enema--what type of coffee? Details please?
