I'm thinking, that this is ELLAGIC RED CAPS,MADE FROM red raspberry SEEDS, IF SO, Mel and I have been using them now for a good three months..And we can say for what it may be worth, we're noticing some difference.( difference is in the bowel, and our sex life could not be better..( no comments Jr ).. And we have allot more energy. Also.. I'm now able to go out to dine, and don't have to make two and three pit-stops, before we get home. Whereas before, I no sooner would eat, then have to run to the nearest bathroom, or exit door. Believe me I got tired of taking with me extra garments. And lucky for me too, that Mel was always standing at the doorway waiting for me to send word.." Go get the clothes out of the trunk" There have been times, that I was lucky to have friends, that lived near by. For I'd run to there house..and say.." Quick, where is the bathroom, and an extra towel. I have to get a bath. Please no question, just get me there." We've had many jokes about this, believe me. Then I begin along with the Ellagic caps..checking also all the foods that had caused this grief. Salads was one of them..cheese of any kind another, and change of beverage or water, was a disgrace, for often times, we knew it hadn't been filtered water that the restaurant was using.

We begin taking with us our own herbs to blend in the foods, and ordered food requesting, no salt, and no preserve ( chemicals to keep it fresh and crispy ) on the salads, etc. Fact is it was so bad that we had often reclined going out to dine with friends and family to far from home..and secondly Mel and I preferred to drive, following behind another car, fear I'd have to pit-stop, and I didn't dare always tell the driver, " Hey, got to stop again", maybe for the third time on the way home. I mean this bowel thing would hit with no warning. And I'd explode..I mean like a bomb! Boom,Boom!!

We are now 21st.Century Distributor for this product, and have other friends,and family taking it, and are seeing results with one young man,that had a head tumor, that was still shrinking the last time we talked to him. I was hoping he would be writing a testimony. I mean this young man was on his death bed, He is also now on Flaxseed oil, ( I have no idea as to how much ) a health store told him to take it , along with cleansing of the body of parasites, and getting the oxygen he so needed. He has like Mel and I, been watching closely eating habits, ( Mel and I chose to watch our food intake, every since I had the melanoma ( cancer ten years ago), and removed with the old remedy salve, ) which I can not at this time give recipe out, for many law/reasons..You know my hands are tired also when it comes to alternative medicines?..and we're people that are for the natural herbal, and etc, when available.

Lately we are giving great thought to the Cell's being built back up. And want to talk to a few more professionals, ( our family doctor for one ) even before ordering, the product that has been talked about on the list..that of Immunocal. We realize the immune system is one very important factor to staying well. So far in ten years we've been doing just that, staying healthy, but are sure there is even more we can do. But like I've stated before, we want proof, and not just hearsay that some product is working. For what works for one individual, it may not be good for another. And I will always stress, that we are indeed what we eat, or what we put into our body. I liked the statement recently someone gave me. " That think of our insides as living in total darkness, with no sunlight..that system enjoys a good cleansing out..Water for number one to keep it fresh and moist, so that the gut don't dry up. We wash the outside of the body with good wholesome cleaners, and have even rubbed on vitamins, and olive oil to keep the skin fresh and pure..so why not do the same for the inside as well..for this is what we are living in>" Then I added; " we are like a house, the outside is the shingles ( siding ), and our mouth and anal, are the entrance ways..and us women have one spare door, ( no need to mention here JR. ) and the holes in the ears and nose..All of which we carefully protect in one way or another. So it makes since to me.. why not cleanse out the inners, that we have so rudely tracked and (walked daily ) into our house with the wrong dirt.

For some of us a cobweb, and dusting must be done from the attic to the basement. We must learn to give the attic the new cells to replenish the thinking cap. And we must clean out the crevice, all those cracks that cling to the walls of the feet. In other words, a thoroughly house cleaning of proper hygiene. For most of us that would be a daily once over.

PS. For you that are new to this list..continue to strive and find what will work for you.And by all means don't be afraid to ask questions. If some of us don't have the answers, that you'd like to hear, or it cuts like a two edge sword..this might be what it will take to wake you to the facts about your own body. We are all on this list to learn and to give of our self. I've always said that if I can help one person, than all the effort put forth on this list has done something good. Like God, he looks down and said.." If only one Soul will except my way..and listen to what I have for them to learn, to live their daily life with..it has been worth the creation I've made"

Just a short note further to my 7/16 post.I get a blood test every 90 days. I just got the results of my latestone last Friday. In April my PSA was 105.My PSA last week had dropped to 20.5.
