Thioproline/Mushrooms - Cancer Cure?

On August 1, 2000, this letter was first posted to cures for canceregroups.

It is my hope that I will be allowed to re-post this letter to eGroups at least once a month. This letter will be my reminder to the Public that, in my opinion, the cure for Cancer already exists - It is the combination of Thioproline & vitamin C and magnesium/zinc/manganese.

Hello members of cures for canceregroups - Whenever reference is made to The Cure for Cancer?, www.datadepo.com/cures for cancer/tac-cure.htm, please look at the page numbers on the left hand side.

I wish to ask two questions -

1. Is the cure for Cancer sold in Massachusetts?

2. What misery could possibly be relieved and whose lives could possibly be saved if victims of Cancer only knew that the Shiitake is an anti-Cancer mushroom?

The Shiitake mushroom is one of the only foods which contains the acid, Thioproline.

Our 'Federal Government's Own Health Library', The National Library of Medicine, declares that Thioproline contains 'anti-cancer molecules'; refer to 'MedLine', www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed, type in 88098591, click on to 'Smeyers YG':

"The charge distribution of anti-cancer molecules 4-thiazolidine-carboxylic acid (Thioproline)....."

A brief history of Thioproline - In a 1979 Spanish clinical trial it was injected into 15 Cancer patients; some received it intravenously (20 mg/kg) and some received it intramuscularly (40 mg/kg); these were daily injections; here were the results:

".....Definite signs of activity were observed.....in other solid tumours, such as breast, renal, ovary, thyroid, and parotid cancer."

".....Histological studies showed involution and transformation into low-grade malignancies and disappearance of evidence of cancer."

17 other Cancer patients swallowed Thioproline (5 mg/kg daily); remission was noted in only one case - Renal cell cancer (one of the most difficult types of cancer to cure)

By 1983 interest in Thioproline petered out (Its toxicity was one of the negative factors.) But, guess what? - The Nobel Prize winner, Professor V. Schally and his colleagues published articles (1994 & 1997) in which they detailed the wonderful anti-Cancer results which were achieved in the laboratory with compounds which contained Thioproline, especially RC-3950-II; their 1994 article stated:

".....The best BN antagonists of this series, RC-3950-II....., inhibited gastrin-releasing peptide stimulated growth of Swiss 3T3 cells with IC50 values of 1 nM and 6 nM respectively. Since antagonists of this class inhibit growth of various tumors in animal cancer models, some of them may have clinical applications."

".....BN antagonists such as RC-3950-II may have important therapeutic applications for the treatment of various malignancies such as prostatic, gastric, and pancreatic cancer, small cell lung carcinoma, and other tumors."

My research has revealed a unique fact of Nature - vitamin C affords phenomenal protection against the toxicity of Thioproline.

I estimate that Cancer patients could swallow at least 40 mg/kg of Thioproline daily if they swallowed, at the same time, 'mega-doses' of vitamin C; refer to pages 7 to 9 of The Cure for Cancer?; one revision - the procedure will probably take longer than the original estimate of 12 days.

Thioproline is inexpensive. If you follow my procedure, a two to three month supply would cost only $132.00. Here is the company that sells 98% pure Thioproline -

One problem - Alfa Aesar will not supply Thioproline unless it is ordered on a purchase order and paid with a company credit card.

The only other 'ingredients' needed to implement my procedure is a supply of vitamin C tablets and mineral tablets containing magnesium/zinc/manganese.

Although it would not be as potent as 98% pure Thioproline, Thioproline can also be derived from the following sources -

1. The Shiitake mushroom

Pages 9 to 11 of The Cure for Cancer? describe a way (The Gutierrez/ Procedure for the treatment of Cancer) by which a person could 'generate' Thioproline in their own body by swallowing 'Equal' (formaldehyde) and L-cysteine; this is what occurs:

".....Finally at physiological pH (j.s.r. - the normal state of the body) the spontaneous condensation of formaldehyde with cysteine to form thiazolidinecarboxylic acid (j.s.r. - Thioproline) is so rapid that when these two compounds are added to mitochondria the metabolism of cysteine is for all practical purposes entirely by way of the thiazolidine. The formation of thiazolidinecarboxylic acid 'in vivo' (j.s.r. - in the body) therefore provides a possible mechanism for the detoxification of exogenous and endogenous formaldehyde."

Warning - People with PKU should avoid this procedure; see page 28 of The Cure for Cancer?. Also the 'Equal' from the blue canister should be used; see page 30 of The Cure for Cancer?; individual packets of 'Equal' contain dextrose which is no good for people who have Cancer.

Varmus, M.D., Director, National Institutes of Health (NIH) should immediately alert the populace of the United States of America to the fact that the anti-Cancer chemical, Thioproline, is contained in the Shiitake mushroom.

Proof - Members of The Internet - please refer to our 'Federal Government's Own Health Library' - The National Library of Medicine ('MedLine'), www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed (bold face emphasis is mine.) -

Thus, the deduction can be made that the Shiitake mushroom contains 'anti-cancer molecules' (Thioproline).

My research has revealed this about the Shiitake mushroom: "...in China and Japan, shiitake mushrooms have been used for hundreds of years as cancer-fighting agents..."; "Shiitake mushroom is believed to counteract stomach and cervical cancers...in October 1985...a new product containing the extract from shiitake mushroom had been approved by the Japanese government as an anti-cancerous agent."; the effectiveness of the shiitake mushroom "in treating cancer has been reported in a joint study by the Medical Department of Koibe University and Nippon Kinoko Institute in Japan..."; "...And extracts from Shiitake mushroom are found to have anti-cancer properties. In fact, in Japan, extracts from this mushroom are one of the leading prescription treatments for cancer."

In 1994 the Nobel Prize winner, Professor V. Schally, concluded: ".....BN antagonists such as RC-3950-II may have important therapeutic applications for the treatment of various malignancies such as prostatic, gastric, and pancreatic cancer, small cell lung carcinoma, and other tumors." The molecular mass of Professor Schally's "best BN antagonist" RC-3950-II, is 1056.5; it contains Thioproline. ".....Since antagonists of this class inhibit growth of various tumors in animal cancer models, some of them may have clinical applications."

However, Professor Schally's compound is too complex; in my opinion, the cure for Cancer is simply 'mega-doses' of pure Thioproline (molecular mass - 133.18) and Vitamin C. Physicians could obtain Thioproline (Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid) (98% pure) from Alfa Aesar, Massachusetts, (800) 343-7276; price - 250g for $132.00. A procedure to follow is suggested on pages 7 to 9 (left hand side pagination) of The Cure for Cancer? My fellow citizens, would you please call Congressman J. Visclosky, 884-1177, and tell him you think that a clinical trial needs to be conducted in which Cancer patients would swallow Thioproline and Vitamin C.

Today, July 27, 2000, I sent the following eMail to the 'Oprah Winfrey Program' -

Dear Oprah,

Recently, Dr. Nchekwube appeared on my cable television program, 'Alternative Health Choices', Portage, Indiana.

Cancer patients in Spain in 1979 were injected with daily doses of Thioproline; the amounts varied from 20 mg/kg to 40 mg/kg; these were the results -

What might happen if Cancer patients swallowed Thioproline in the amount of 40 mg/kg daily?

My research has demonstrated that people can swallow a large quantity of Thioproline if they swallow a large quantity of vitamin C at the same time.

Vitamin C neutralizes the toxicity of Thioproline.

Thus, a new clinical trial needs to be conducted to determine the result of orally administering 'mega-doses' of Thioproline and vitamin C to Cancer patients.

The Shiitake mushroom - No clinical trial needs to be conducted to establish this fact - The Shiitake mushroom contains Thioproline which is an anti-Cancer acid.

Health Officials should tell the Public about this!
