Guest guest
Hello, Avoid 'blood thinners' food and drugs, ie: Aspirin and it's relatives and most Greens (Mustard.Turnip & etc) to prevent tissue bleeding excessivly, look up 'anti clotting blood thinning for folks on Cumidin & the like' foods and drugs, like high in Iron, and avoid, before and shortly after. Check out possibly taking Homeopathic Arnica Montana to prevent excessive tissue trauma and pain reduction, take as for new trauma, Good Luck, prayers be with you, LizAt 07:27 PM 6/24/99 -0700, you wrote: > Any supplements that should be taken afterwards? Since then I came across some information regarding garlic and ginger. They should not be taken while taking cumadin, warafin or aspirin as they may inhibit blood clotting. Cumadin and warafin are sometimes prescribed before surgery. Subj: Re: Preparation For Breast Cancer Date: 6/25/99 4:28:11 PM !!!First Boot!!! From: HCFRANCALA hombrearana@... The only one I can comment on is shark cartilage. It should be discontomied for 3 months prior to any surgery. The reason being that shark cartilage retards the growth of new blood vessels thereby starving the tumors. It also would hinder any post-surgical healing. The other supplements, to the best of my knowledge, shouldn't pose any problem. The exception being " forskohli " which I am not familiar with at all. Don't hold me to this view. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ eGroups.com home: cures for cancer - Simplifying group communications
Guest guest
Reply and a question to Melinda. Why should a person NOT take Shark Cartlidge to heal cancer? In the Research at UT@MD 's Houston on Alternatives they found it does destroy Cancer Tumors. I understood it is not toxic. I personally donot use it, but I would like to know. Guest guest
Reply to Melinda, again. MOST DOCTORS, especially Onocologist DONOT have a Clue about Alternatives. If they open themselves to investigate them, even tho 93% of their patients are taking them, they would be Blackballed and run out of their practices. That is a cold hard truth. The CAncer Society, AMA AND DRUG COMPANIES,all of which is OWNED by Drug Companies, keep tight raines so they donot stray from 'selling' the Chemo & etc they demand. Ask any of the Doctors who have been forced to leave the USA for Curing Cancer and other diseases. EVEN THO THEY WIN IN COURT, THEY ARE STILL NOT ALLOWED TO PRACTICE IN THE U.S. and the harrassment continues. Thank God the Conciousness of the American people is changing and they are leaving the Non participating M.D.s in droves, and more and more of them are getting PhDs in Nutrition and etc just to make a living. And that is all I have to say about that. LizAt 12:26 PM 6/26/99 -0500, you wrote: >Reply and a question to Melinda. Why should a person NOT take Shark >Cartlidge to heal cancer? Guest guest
The shark cartilage helps surpress the development of new blood vessels. You don't want this if you have had surgery because you want new blood vessels to help healing. Guest guest
I didn't say not to take it to help with cancer. I suggested not to take it after surgery. This is because the shark cartilage helps surpress the development of new blood vessels. You don't want this if you have had surgery because you want new blood vessels to help healing. Guest guest
Just so you know, I'm very aware of this. I work with G. , author of " World Without Cancer " and personally proofed the revised edition of his book Section II of the book covers the Politics of Cancer Therapy. A great read if you haven't read it already. See www.realityzone.com/worwitcan.html if you want more info on this book. I helped edit Dr. Binzel's book called " Alive and Well " , which is about his struggle to use nutrition and laetrile in the treatment of cancer. See http://www.realityzone.com/realityzone/alivewell.html for this book. I keep on top of FDA raids on clinics, etc. See http://www.iahf.com/index1.html for updated info on what they are up to. Also, I work with the Cancer Cure Foundation that stresses alternative therapy. www.cancureorg.
