Found your study to be very stimulating. Keep it up. Have you send it

for publication? I was interested in the tools that you used - Self

administered questionnaire and Hospital anxiety & depression scales. Did

you find these instruments useful? In particular, what were the positive

& negative aspects of these tools? Kindly let me know.
