Ray, Who's counting? You further confirm my finding that the common thread that separates the healthy from the sick is the basic belief system. Those who continue to place themselves in the hands of MDs end up in trouble. It's a religion. That's the only possible explanation why so many continue with the medical folly despite the total lack of logic and scientific substantiation for the germ theory of AIDS. Sorry to hear you've been through so much medical shit. Wish you'd told me about the pneumonia when it started. I've never heard of anyone rebounding an hour an day and coming down with pneumonia before. What kind of things were you doing on the rebounder? There is a very simple routine to quickly clear respiratory problems, but it requires some aerobic activity and some jumping in conjunction with the basic health bounce. In the quarter century I've been doing and sharing it, I've never seen it not work. Ed sobehealthy.com
Guest guest
Ray, The rebound routine to help clear respiratory problems is to start out with 5 minutes of the health bounce, followed by 5 minutes of intense sweat-breaking aerobics (I like to do high kicks or fast running and pumping the arms), followed immediately with 5 minutes of jumping (pumping arms with the jumping is recommended), and finish with a 5-minute healthbounce cooldown. This seems to work all the time if you do this on the morning that you first wake up with symptoms of a cold, flu, pneumonia, etc. and nip it in the bud, so to speak. For conditions that have been festering for some time, increase the aerobic time and jumping time, if you are able, and repeat daily as necessary. If there is a special bounce on the rebounder for pneumonia, i would sure love to know. I'm far from being back to my pre PCP condition but I'm working on it. I just don't think every one is made the same way. I also don't think every one benefits the same way from a given exercise, etc. Anyway, please let me know how to modify my daily rebounder activity to protect myself from future pneumonias... you can send me a private email if you like... up to you. thx ray rrboyer@... aidsisover@... wrote: There is a very simple routine to quickly clear respiratory problems, but it requires some aerobic activity and some jumping in conjunction with the basic health bounce. You walk into an office with ( so-called ) doctors that expect the worst, in the company of other believers anticipating the end, and trust in these individuals who have reversed the accepted science regarding the 'tests' they run. When you place your mind and body in the hands of thses people, who have destroyed so many lives, and yes I call it murder, what do you expect to receive except the same treatment that has already killed so many in this dark ages of the HIV=AIDS fiction? The cure is to walk away. I found a new doctor, a naturopath, and tried to tell him the truth. He refused to give up his faith in bad science, so I fired him and found another...once a year for a check- up is accepted and is the very most anyone in normal health needs. Going to a " doctor " three to four times a year for " test " that will only be interpreted in a dark light is suicide... -
