I have been doing it regularly, at first just the health bounce about 20 mins a day and then because I have had lingering chestiness and mucus in my sinuses I started doing what you recommended to someone else, 5 mins health bounce, 5 mins aerobic, 5 mins jumping, 5 mins health bounce. This helped a lot in terms of stopping the greenness (sorry to be graphic!) but I am still back and forth with it. Do you have any more recommendations? Do you find that the rebounding always works even for those with lower immune systems, by numbers (which I know you don't believe in) or just by general state of health? I would love to have a telephone consultation with you, I am in England, how would I go about this?
