help for infants testing HIV positive

Dear Group,

I am new to the group and would like to ask if anyone has any

experience treating infants or young children who test HIV

positive. I have access to several HIV+ orphans in India and would

like to recommend alternative therapies that may improve their

immune function or eliminate the virus completely from their

system. There is little or no chance that these children will ever

be adopted.
