I'm not sure why anyone would want to increase his t-cells, but almost any of the following should give them a rise: * Smoke a pack of cigarettes * Have a Big Mac, Fries and a diet soda * Take any medication, the more toxic the more the rise * Experiment with recreational drugs * Breathe in insectocides Up your t-cells, Lieb THe world's #1 long-term non-progressor. HIV+ since 1954 -- healthy and fit with NO medical intervention.

I am curious as to why they are considered low and if real clinical tests have been done on non-hiv persons to determine a 'normal' range - something that can be used as a reliable marker. The degree of concern about this will fluctuate with my research and acquired knowledge of the significance of t-cells and getting an accurate mearsurement of numbers as it relates to ones health(condition). Not too worried really.......just doing what I can to stay healthy.....and monitoring; (lab work every 2 - 3 months). *curious if you know your cd-8 counts? My last ones were 1500 or so if I recall - the ratio has the cd-8s higher than the cd-4s. shalom, paul

Nothing personal, can't you take a joke? I was trying to make the point to a lot of people who are still confused over the t-cell lies, that t-cells are a response to toxins in the body and not a sign of health. Perhaps I should have stated that anyone who would still waste their blood, time and somebody's money counting t-cells is still caught up in the AIDS lies and is far from " cured. " The healthiest people on this planet have very loc t-cell counts according to medical " norms. " Until you clear your head of the virus of medical disinformation, you are not out of danger. AIDS is not an infectious epidemic. HIV is not the probable cause of AIDS. HIV is not spreading. There is no diagnostic test for HIV. Antibodies do not predict disease or death. AIDS medications cause AIDS and in no way extend life. T-cells are not a measurement of immune health. T-cells are not a valid surrogate marker for AIDS. Viral load is a load of crap. US AIDS is dying out and will be history by the end of this decade. AIDS is only " always fatal " if you follow the medical advice. If you disagree with any of the above, let's talk about it. Sorry if I come off angry at times, but I am angry and I think everyone needs to realize how we have been lied to by these governmedical " experts " and speak out. Start with letters to elected officials, the press, the media, people you know. If taking a non-violent legal approach doesn't get us anywhere (as it hasn't for the past 20 years) then we have no choice but to do whatever may be necessary to end this illegal medical tyranny.
