it is vitually impossible to get the nutrition from

our " diets " , since 1933 our soils have been depleted

of nutrients. cut soda, fried foods, refined sugars,

etc... collidal minerals are the way to maximize

absorbtion . did you know vitamins are useless UNLESS

you have the minerals FIRST ?

You are correct about our foods being depleted of minerals and vitamins

due to toxins and poisons from pesticides, hormones and whatever else is in

food. I personally try to purchase organic foods. I'm not a pill

popper, I do take a multi vitmamin, rest, and exercise, but again, to each

his own. When I said " diet " I was referring to processed foods, sugar,

fried foods, etc mentioned above that are common in most people's diet

today.

Thanks for your input and information.

Detoxifying with coffee enemas always raises my energy levels. Coffee

stimulates the liver to dump toxins lightening the toxic load, and

produce bile, in effect the bile breaks down nutrients to use as energy.

Good advice I've heard is never go a day without a bowel movement.

Eating high protein, very low carbs, with organic, green vegatable

juice, seasoned with apple juice for taste, twice a day - 60- 80 oz.

spiked with 6,000 mg ester- C

An hour of weight lifting, and then lots of rest afterward, naps in the

afternoon.

Anything that promotes energy in the liver.

B Vitamins.

and balance vigorous exercise with adequate rest. that will give you more

energy.

Lets keep it straight on the Coffee enemas, those who do coffee enemas are

known to become dependent on them for bowel movements. Coffee is known to

be a bowel stimulant and those who go off of coffee are also known to become

constipated. One of the problems with juice fasting is also bowel

movements. According to Dr. Schulze his intestinal corrective formula #1

just about guarantees a person a bowel movement.

Eating a lot of protein is a major cause of disease. IMHO, a few minutes daily

of rebound exercise will do more for your health than ALL of the things cited

below combined.

Thanks

I'm always looking for balance to improve my lifestyle, and

in return, help somebody else.....

Yes, the protein thing can be a double edged sword. I really

should have said, high nutrient, low calorie.

I'd like to learn more about the rebounder tecnique, please share

that.

I've used the coffee enemas at times when I've had light colored stools,

and constipation.

At the same time, I would put the rejuve powder colon cleanse- which

contains triphala -(an extract of three fruits) for helping heal the

colon, in with the juice.

This creates bulk and " pulls " toxic waste out of the upper small

intestines.

This has turned my situation from bad to good more than once.

I don't recommend coffee enemas long term either, but for increasing

bile flow, I have found nothing like it.

BTW, it doesn't have to be strong coffee.

Coffee in the enema is said to be a " different animal " than when it is

drank. It has the opposite effect of stimulating the liver to " let go "

of toxins, rather than a tightening up and holding when drank.

I'm not recommending that anyone do this as a habit, but as a tool when

needed.

Rebounding is vertical exercise, performed on a springy platform called a

rebounder. (It is not a mini-trampoline and has entirely different geometry.)

The benefits are multifold. For this group, the most important benefit of

rebound exercise would be the way it pumps it lymphatic system. I'm not into

" measuring the immune system, " but people who are claim it triples it in just a

minute or two of doing the gentlest of all rebound exercises, the health bounce

-- where you don't even lift your feet off the mat.

I have a lot more info at my webite, http://sobehealthy.com. I'm about to

overhaul the site, so, if you can't find it, please send me an e-mail to:

Hi Ed, is this rebounder available in the United Kingdom? If so do you have a

contact.

Thanks,

Mikhail.

I'll look up shipping charges to Europe and e-mail you privately. A lot of

people pick them up in NY or Miami and hand carry them home. It can fit in the

overhead in most planes, or go as baggage.

Sorry for the delay...don't check this e-mail often...may drop this name.
