Hello everyone,

I have had some strange skin rashes latey - especially upon awakening in

the morning - they are actually some that are like mosquito bites; little

welts, slightly itchy at times.......other types appear as little rashes

- red splotches - they mostly go away by late afternoon - I dont take any

meds but only nutritional supplements - I was wondering if anyone else

has had such skin condtions since finding out about their 'poz'

status.........and could provide some info. that would be helpful as to

the possible cause and treatment. Thanks, any help is appreciated. Right

now I do not have a primary care physician and am looking after

myself....I may check into a naturopathic clinic soon for a check -up.

Could be your face pressing against the pillow...skin rashes that

were hard to treat made me first consider I might be poz, and I

was...but that was Impetigo, caused by the staph. bacteria. Not much

advice to offer, except a stringent personal hygeine routine...

wash your face often with week old urine stored in a brass vessel, rinse

with filtered water after it dries. Especialy, leave it on overnite. This

works in 3-5 days if the follow'g conditions are met: diet, exercise, liver

& colon cleanse, no drugs, alcohol, smoke'g, ( MJ HAS to be for true health

needs),

spirit/faith/? based stress relievers-

NOT CHEMICALS

Once you are fully 'in touch' with yourself and open to the world it will

become obvious what to do...
