Guest guest
My son (2 1/2 years old) was in the ER recently for a head wound (skin was cut down to the skull, skull was actually scratched!) This happened while I was away from the house for 10-15 minutes and in that time my husband had his friend pick them up and take them to the ER! Anyway he recently asked me something about vaccinations, said they asked in the ER if our son was up to date... he said he told them no he hasn't had any (or something to that effect.. which was a lie...) and that they covered themselves up in protective gear to put in the staples. I'm not sure to what extent he was questioned, but I think he wants to take a religious exemption (yay! he was kinda pro- vax before, using the example of polio of course.. although our son was behind on his vaccs anyway..) Anyone from Georgia know the particulars about vax exemptions here? Are they picky about what " religion " you are and why exactly you are exempting or can you just say " my religious beliefs are against vaccs, etc " . I'm kinda planning on homeschooling, haven't 100% decided yet... He is partially vaccinated.. hope that doesnt cause me problems. I thought they were required and " helpful " at the time... -Merry > Well, I do know that even if it is discovered that your child had some shots, > it doesn't matter. Guest guest
i live in georgia. i use a religious exemption. my daughter is only one so i do not know anything about schools. I have heard that Georgia is a tough state when it comes to schools and exemptions. It would make sense because people in the south tend to be less tolarent. >From: " Vorphalack " <masmiseim666@...> >Reply-Vaccinations >Vaccinations >Subject: Georgia...
